The goal of this site is to provide you with comprehensive information about Saber Consulting’s holistic solution to the requirements of the Statewide Voter Registration System as required by the Help America Vote Act; the States of Oregon and Missouri are currently in the process of implementing the Electus™ solution.

Saber’s enterprise class Voter Registration & Election Management software, Electus, combined with Saber’s “No County Left Behind” philosophy enables and ensures the success of all of the important stakeholders of a Centralized Voter Registration system: the Secretary of State’s office (or Chief Election officer of the State), the Counties (or other Election jurisdictions such as towns and cities), the Political Parties, the Candidates, and most importantly, the Citizens of each State.

		A successful implementation of a Statewide Voter Registration System requires the following five ingredients: a HAVA compliant, highly functional and easy-to-use Software Application, a highly available and secure Architecture, a long-term Support plan that meets the needs of the State and the Counties, a Methodology that ensures on-time, on-budget implementation, and a Company that is willing to stand behind its products and its commitments.
		Electus™, has been built from the ground up to be HAVA (Help America Vote Act) compliant. This means that Electus™ is fully aware of the statewide, centralized, and interactive requirements of the HAVA law; it is not just a county system that has been “stretched” to serve the needs of a statewide system. Electus™ is a highly flexible and data driven system that can be easily customized to meet the specific requirements and needs of each State.
